Refund policy

We DO NOT HAVE A  30-day return policy, which means you DO NOT HAVE 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

ARTWORK

If the artwork is damaged on delivery, please email us on the front screen and attach phototgraphs, we will provide the delivery address to send your item to and a replacement will be sent to you. You will need to pay for shipping and this will be refunded once the replacement and proof of shipping from your end has been received. You will need to send proof of purchase and postage regarding the new order and replacement if applicablele.

To start a return, you can contact us on the front screen, please advise us of the Order Number, the Delivery Date, Cost and Damage Details.

Please attach the photographs of the damage. We will email you with our response, address to send the artwork to, and if applicable arrange the return and replacement. 

BOOKS -INGRAM SPARK PAID VIA USD OR UK ONLY 

The books are ordered via the portal and there are no returns for books unless damaged. You will have contact information from Ingram Spark and they have their own Customer Service Team.  There are NO REFUNDS FOR THE INGRAM BOOKS only returns if damaged.
